What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least one year of experience in real estate is preferred.
- Licensing: A valid real estate license is required. You’ll also need to be a member of BAR and GALMLS
- Drive and Focus: We need someone who is motivated, self-sufficient, and ready to hit the ground running without needing hand-holding.
- Heart and Vision: We want individuals who are passionate about real estate and eager to be part of something bigger than themselves.
